I like the song alot and individually i really like some of the stuff but once again the problem with most collabs rears it's ugly head. Without a central voice or vision it just degenerates into Random 8 bit art. Some really great art in there though.

Wow this has a 4.03 right now. Is this what newgrounds wants? yikes.

Next time DRAW the backgrounds instead of static google images that took you 3 seconds to find. None of this was animated either, it was pretty much all motion tweens.

I've seen this joke a million times too, except with variations on what people are attaching to the cat. I've also have seen funnier things happen when the cat lands.

All and all, this was half-assed but passable. I guess cat humor is popular with NG users.

Font is pretty bad too.

I'm all for indie flash and creativity and whatnot... but this just wasn't entertaining. It was like having an annoying kid screaming in my face. You know? The kind of person that finds loud screaming and saying stupid things really funny. Maybe there was some clever stuff in here.. I imagine it got the frontpage because you had some decent animation/drawings hiddden in there.

I hated this.

But... you could do something really great... hopefully your style evolves into something more people can appreciate.

You need to slow stuff down. You tried to do way too much in a small amount of time, try to be more conscience of what the viewer is supposed to look at in the frame. When you put in subtitles in japanese and english, most people can't see that as a graphical addition, they see that as text and then they have to read it...and while they read it they can't watch what's going on. Stuff is going so fast in this that while you're reading the subtitles you have to quickly dart back and forth between the subtitles and the flash, it's pretty annoying. The japanese subtitles only add to the confusion and don't really have any purpose other to scream "IM INSPIRED BY THE JAPANESE", to which we would all say...no shit, it's pretty graphics, no story, anime-style characters, and the music ...

Just slow it down, concentrate on one scene and have no music except sound effects. You could really do some amazing stuff.

You guys should combine your efforts to make something worthwhile. This was not worthwhile but it was well-done. Maybe it's just me but... this kind of stuff is on NG everyday, you guys should make someone no one has seen before.... or I guess you could just make the next one about people being decapitated..or something.

I can understand the excitement of submitting a flash movie and that's why I hate to say anything bad...but this was really boring. It needs to be faster, WAAAAYYY faster. It's nice but shouldn't have scored this high, it's just cause you're using FF7 characters..but that isn't your fault. Anyway, speed it up! make something that is your own. You have skills, use them for NOT FF related stuff! This game is almost over 10 years old now! It's time we all move on!!

This is nice but it's kind of like a bunch of gifs repeating over and over again. I'm confused as to why it's rated so EXTREMELY high. Don't get me wrong, your syncing is great but like you said, it's just rotoscope. Regardless, enjoy all this praise you lucky bastard. :P
